The hotel was in a fantastic location, with easy reach to the city centre, Riverside fireworks on NYE, a lovely riverside walk, and the shuttle bus stop, which takes you to and from the airport. We booked a day trip and the pick-up point was a short walk away. Everything was in easy reach. Nothing was too much trouble for the hotel staff, they were very polite and helpful. The hotel was spotless, really cosy and clean.

A great hotel centrally located in Rovaniemi town centre. Easy walking distance (even in minus 19 degrees) to the local shops, restaurants and lots of activities. If you want to go to Santa Park, or Santa's Village, the bus stop is literally alongside the hotel, and comes regularly. We had a great stay, comfy beds, lovely staff and great full breakfast included. There was really nothing more we could have asked for.

The location was close to the town centre, short drive from airport. Underground secure parking was great and reasonable at 15 euros. Staff were incredibly friendly and the food is excellent. Room was comfortable, clean, warm, and the underfloor heating in bathroom was such a bonus after being outside in the cold lapland air. Nothing negative at all

Our first time in Finland and it was just wonderful! I’d say perfect accommodations, our beds were so comfortable, the staff was exceptional, food was delicious. Nothing but good things to say! Loved everything!

the room was really nice and spacious. a garage was available for parking too (€15 per day) the breakfast was nice too - local jams and fresh food. the location was great too. you are in the middle of the city

Loved the arctic light installation in the room. Bed was super comfy, breakfast good. Super to have underground parking in winter temperatures. Staff very friendly
